Meet DirectBuy's December 2014 Associate of the Month: Emile Miller

Each month, DirectBuy acknowledges outstanding associates through our peer-recognition program, “Associate of the Month”.  

We are proud to announce that Emile Miller was named the company’s Associate of the Month for December, 2014.

Emile began his DirectBuy career in September 2013 focusing on engaging members whose memberships are, or will be, expiring. His objective is to ensure that the member is aware of all that DirectBuy has to offer, including many of the recent changes implemented to continue to improve the value of membership.

Emile truly embodies all of the attributes needed to be recognized for this honor. He consistently puts members’ needs above his own, and helps members decide if renewing their membership is beneficial for their lifestyle. In addition, Emile regularly puts the needs of his fellow associates first, ensuring his colleagues are motivated, trained and equipped to perform the job successfully.

Valerie Adams, Emile's supervisor, says, “I have been impressed with Emile since the day he started on my team. He has a strong work ethic and a caring and respectful attitude.
