Emile began his DirectBuy career in September 2013 focusing on engaging members whose memberships are, or will be,
expiring. His objective is to ensure that the member is aware of all that DirectBuy has to offer, including many of the recent changes implemented to continue to improve the value of membership.
Emile truly embodies all of the attributes needed to be
recognized for this honor. He consistently puts members’ needs above his own,
and helps members decide if renewing their membership is beneficial for their
lifestyle. In addition, Emile regularly puts the needs of his fellow associates
first, ensuring his colleagues are motivated, trained and equipped to perform
the job successfully.
