We are proud to announce that Crista Tschopp was named the company’s Associate of the Month for December 2015.

Crista began her DirectBuy career in November 2006. As the Senior Team Leader in the Member Care Department, Crista provides website support to clubs or members, pre-sale and post-sale support, answers to technical questions, and responses to general membership inquiries. Crista keeps her team focused and driven.

In the words of April Wittenstrom, who nominated Crista, “Crista is an excellent team leader, and is highly respected by all team members. This has been achieved by supporting the team closely, whilst still enabling them to work independently, leading to high morale. I am impressed by the exceptional quality of service she provides to everyone who walks into her office. Crista’s attention to detail is highlighted in the way she handles her training seminars and team members on a daily basis. Crista always makes time for her staff and members and she always listens attentively, no matter how busy she is. This is all the more impressive given the amount of team members and responsibilities Crista is in charge of.”

Crista’s supervisor, Phyllis Stemmons, adds, “Crista is an exemplary employee. She consistently does an exceptional job with our members and the Member Care team that she leads. It is important to her that every member is treated with the utmost respect, is completely satisfied and knows they are a valued DirectBuy member. I frequently look to Crista for assistance on member issues that require immediate attention. The implementation of the task requires quick action and excellent follow up. Crista meets my expectations or exceeds every time; she goes the extra mile every time.”
