We are proud to announce that Sammy Bedruz was named the

Sammy began his DirectBuy
career in December 2013. As an IT Senior Desk Agent, his main responsibility is
to answer phone calls from members, franchise owners and internal Corporate
users to provide technical support regarding Company hardware, software or

very quick to respond to the whole MCA team when we had computer issues and
connectivity issues during our move and then again later when we had an
extremely high call volume. I appreciate his timeliness and his

Lastly, Sammy’s supervisor, Andy Burnside says, “To put it

challenges without complaint. He brings innovation and new ideas to our team and
individual meetings that have resulted in further success of the IT Support
team as a whole.”
