Meet DirectBuy's September 2015 Associate of the Month: Sammy Bedruz

We are proud to announce that Sammy Bedruz was named the company’s Associate of the Month for September 2015.

Sammy began his DirectBuy career in December 2013. As an IT Senior Desk Agent, his main responsibility is to answer phone calls from members, franchise owners and internal Corporate users to provide technical support regarding Company hardware, software or Company websites.

In the words of a co-worker, Maureen Hill, “Sammy has been very quick to respond to the whole MCA team when we had computer issues and connectivity issues during our move and then again later when we had an extremely high call volume. I appreciate his timeliness and his professionalism.”

Co-worker, Jan Buchler, adds, “Not only did [Sammy] work around my schedule to help me with my IT issue, he helped solve four other issues! He is polite, knowledgeable, resourceful and simply terrific.”

Lastly, Sammy’s supervisor, Andy Burnside says, “To put it simply, Sammy is the heart and soul of the Desktop Support team. He demonstrates a strong desire to excel and consistently steps up to new challenges without complaint. He brings innovation and new ideas to our team and individual meetings that have resulted in further success of the IT Support team as a whole.”
