DirectBuy Rolls Out New Savings Guarantee Program

MERRILLVILLE, Ind. (February 19, 2016) — DirectBuy, the buying club that provides members with exclusive access to over a million products from hundreds of brands without hidden retail markup, is continuing to offer shoppers the best opportunity for savings with the launch of its new Savings Guarantee Program. The program is one of many new initiatives in the company’s multi-year makeover to transform the member experience.
Upon a member’s request, DirectBuy’s new Savings Guarantee Program price matches competitors’ prices. To provide additional savings, DirectBuy also applies the minimum guaranteed percentage savings for the relevant product category. For example, a member is always guaranteed to receive at least 30 percent off the lowest verified retailer's price on bed and bath home decor if the member identifies a price/savings discrepancy and notifies DirectBuy.

The DirectBuy Savings Guarantee is also useful for shoppers who forget to compare prices before purchasing. Members have 30 days to file a claim after the purchase date to be eligible to receive DirectBuy’s Savings Guarantee. A refund check or merchandise credit is then distributed.
