Member Care Team Celebrates First Year of Service

On January 22nd, DirectBuy's Member Care Advocacy team celebrated its one year anniversary.
The Member Care team is DirectBuy's centralized support team responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, franchisees, staff and vendors seven days a week. They offer one-stop problem resolution to members as well as providing after-hours coverage. In the past year, this team has received more than 115,000 calls, in which 84% were resolved on one call. To celebrate this milestone, these 12 dedicated associates were treated to cake and punch.
We are excited about the Member Care Advocacy Team and are confident they will continue to create a positive member experience by ensuring members are receiving effective and timely resolution.
