The rough-in kit is a pre-construction tool. It has thin removable wings that are easy to mount in any framing situation with virtually no rise in drywall depth. The RIK will reduce the amount of time needed to cut holes in drywall and in locating speaker cabling. Designed for all 8" ceiling models. Price is for rough-in kit only.
